HOW SAFE IS IT TO PAY WITH CREDIT CARD?
We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving your personal information.


WHAT EMAIL ADDRESSES DOES GREENBEE PARKING USE FOR ALL CORRESPONDENCES TO CUSTOMERS AND AFFILIATES?
We ONLY, and repeat ONLY use email address extensions that come from @greenbeeparking.com. We do NOT use any @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com, @aol.com, etc.
Again we ONLY use @greenbeeparking.com email address extensions to communicate with our customers or affiliates. Any other email extensions are NOT us and please ignore them (especially if they are asking for your credit card info or other private information).



WHEN MAKING A RESERVATION AND AFTER CLICKING SUBMIT I RECEIVE A MESSAGE SAYING "YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN CANCELLED".....WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
Almost always the reason for this message is because your billing address, city, zip code you entered does NOT match the address, city, zip code listed on file with your credit/debit card bank. Please make sure the information you have on file with your credit/debit card company matches the information you enter for the billing address.



DO I HAVE TO STAY IN A ROOM AT THE HOTEL IN ORDER TO PARK MY CAR AND USE YOUR SERVICE?
NO! You do not have to stay in a hotel room at the hotel you choose to park at. Our service is strictly for parking your car short term/long term in the hotel parking lot.


HOW ARE THE SERVICE FEES CALCULATED FOR MY RESERVATION BOOKING?
The service fees charged are based on the amount of days booked. For every 10 days booked there is a $4-$10 service fee depending on which city. Please see an example below:

1-9 Days Booked - $5 service fee
10-19 Days Booked - $10 service fee
20-29 Days Booked - $15 service fee
30-39 Days Booked - $20 service fee

Note: This is just a ONE TIME service fee charge at the time of checkout. No additional fees will be charged to the customer.


HOW DOES THE SHUTTLE SERVICE WORK?
Once you check in on your departure date with the parking facility front desk, they will inform you when the shuttle will arrive outside to pick you up and transport you to the airport. Before you leave the hotel please check with the front desk on how you get on the shuttle upon your return. Some hotels require you to call them from the designated kiosks at the airport once you are ready to be picked up, while others will have a sign up sheet or may just come pick you up. Please confirm this beforehand do there is no confusion later.


DO I PAY THE HOTEL ANY ADDITIONAL FEES FOR PARKING?
Generally NO!! All fees are charged and collected when you book the reservation via www.greenbeeparking.com. No additional charges will be made by us or the hotel for your booking, unless it is listed otherwise. Some facilities we partner with have a split payment method where you pay a portion of your booking to us online and the remainder at the facility itself.


HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED TO ALLOCATE BETWEEN CAR DROP OFF AND FLIGHT TIME?
Every parking location has a different shuttle frequency. The frequency is shown on the search results for each location. It is up to you to coordinate enough time in between the shuttle frequency and your flight. Generally we would suggest to allow yourself an extra 30 minutes buffer time from the time you drop your car to the time you would like to arrive to the airport.


ARE THE RATES POSTED FOR EACH HOTEL THE SAME FOR EVERY DAY?
No. The majority of the days will be the amount listed for each hotel. However during the holiday time, special events, busy season, etc. the charge may be different than what is posted for the hotel per day or what is advertised. When you checkout you will see the total charge for your reservation and you can determine the cost per day.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A DELAY IN TRAVEL, OR EXTEND MY STAY?
Simply go to our Extend/Cancel Feature button online under the search box or contact us via email at support@greenbeeparking.com or call us and let us know and we can help you. If you fail to extend/cancel online or contact us and you stay beyond your reservation the Facility or Greenbee Parking has the right to charge you a premium for parking. You will not get the discounted pricing if you do not contact Greenbeeparking.com.


IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE? HOW DO I CANCEL?
Any cancellation made before 24 hours prior to the reservation drop off date and time will be refunded in FULL. Any cancellation requested under 24 hours prior to the reservation drop off date and time will NOT be refunded and is non-refundable. Simply cancel online via the extend/cancel blue button under the search box,  send us an email requesting the cancellation to support@greenbeeparking.com or contact us at 1-877-337-4377 for additional assistance.

DO THE PARKING LOTS HAVE SECURITY?
The parking facilities have well lighted parking areas and are monitored by the hotel or parking lot staff regularly. As with other airport parking lots, Greenbeeparking.com or the parking facility will not be responsible for any theft, damage or loss to any vehicle or its contents.


WHERE DO I CATCH A SHUTTLE AT THE AIRPORT TO COME BACK TO MY CAR?
Most Shuttles will arrive at the ground transportation area. When you arrive call the facility and let them know you need to be picked up. They will be happy to tell you where they will pick you up from.


WHAT IS THE FREQUENCY OF THE SHUTTLES?
Frequency of the airport shuttle will be clearly printed on the search results, most shuttles will run every 15- 30 minutes.


WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY CONFIRMATION LETTER?
After making your reservation you will receive your confirmation letter by email, if you do not receive it please first check your spam mail. If it is not there please contact us by via our online info request form under the Buzz Us tab or call the 800 number.


WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY/TIME FRAME?
When a reservation is canceled it is usually refunded within 24 hours of cancellation. Once it is processed it could take up to 2-3 business days to credit back into your credit card/bank account.
